About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, including website enhancements, campaign launches, and new feature implementations.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, development, and sales teams to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and identify potential risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) aspects of digital projects, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Manage third-party vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables meet quality and performance expectations.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to optimise digital initiatives and inform future strategies.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key metrics to stakeholders regularly.
- Ensure all digital projects comply with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and accessibility standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital trends and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered e-commerce projects.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, social media, and content strategy.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong knowledge of web development processes and technologies.
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with UX/UI principles and user-centric design.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working within an office-based environment is essential.
