Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize IT infrastructure projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Acquire necessary resources and personnel for project execution.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee the procurement process for IT hardware and software.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of project team members and third-party contractors.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Communicate project updates, progress, and key decisions to stakeholders regularly.
- Ensure successful deployment and integration of new IT infrastructure across multiple sites.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in managing hardware rollouts, network upgrades, or system implementations.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience with project management software such as MS Project, Jira, or similar.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
