Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and task delegation.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Oversee the procurement and management of vendors and third-party contractors.
- Track project progress, providing regular status reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Ensure all projects adhere to relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, progress reviews, and post-project evaluations.
- Manage project budgets, forecasting expenses and controlling costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between all project participants.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager, specifically within the telecommunications or a related technology sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation to closure.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
- Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, technologies, and deployment processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
- Risk assessment and mitigation planning expertise.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
