Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects within the FinTech domain.
- Define project scope, objectives, technical requirements, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Manage cross-functional technical teams (developers, engineers, QA, etc.) to ensure efficient project execution.
- Oversee the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks and dependencies, ensuring project success.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance, security standards, and industry best practices.
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and provide regular status reports.
- Champion Agile and Lean methodologies to optimize project delivery and team collaboration.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a significant portion in the FinTech or related technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of financial technologies, blockchain, APIs, payment systems, or similar domains.
- Proven experience managing complex software development projects and IT infrastructure initiatives.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and related tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent technical acumen and ability to understand complex technical concepts.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with risk management, budget control, and resource planning for technical projects.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required. Master's degree or relevant certifications (PMP, CSM) are advantageous.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a remote environment.
