About the Role
Our client is seeking a results-oriented Project Manager specializing in construction projects to be based in Belfast . This role is critical for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of various construction initiatives, ensuring adherence to strict timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects from inception to handover, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements
- Substantial experience (6+ years) as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex construction projects, from commercial buildings to infrastructure.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods , materials, and regulations.
- Strong understanding of contract negotiation and administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CIOB, RICS) are advantageous.
