About the Role
Our client is seeking a results-oriented Project Manager specializing in construction projects to be based in Belfast . This role is critical for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of various construction initiatives, ensuring adherence to strict timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects that meet all client specifications and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects from inception to handover, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements
- Substantial experience (6+ years) as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex construction projects, from commercial buildings to infrastructure.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods , materials, and regulations.
- Strong understanding of contract negotiation and administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CIOB, RICS) are advantageous.
