About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple SaaS product development projects from initiation to deployment.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) for remote teams.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and QA testers to ensure project success.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies effectively.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular, clear communication on project status and milestones.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in software development.
- Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive remote team culture.
- Conduct post-project analysis to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a strong focus on SaaS or software development projects.
- Proven experience managing projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and the SaaS business model.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with experience managing remote teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation in a project context.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
