Key Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and document current business processes to pinpoint areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Develop and implement strategic project plans for business process re-engineering initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of process improvement projects, ensuring clear objectives and timelines.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant methodologies to optimize workflows and reduce waste.
- Manage change management activities, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
- Measure and report on the impact of process improvements, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and benefits realization.
- Collaborate with IT departments to implement technological solutions that support process improvements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus on process changes.
- Continuously monitor and refine implemented processes to ensure long-term effectiveness and sustainability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 4 years focused on business process improvement or operational excellence.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing complex process improvement projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with change management principles and practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and process mapping tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, PMP) are highly desirable.
