Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex e-commerce projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on e-commerce or digital retail projects.
- Proven experience managing projects involving e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
- Solid understanding of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent knowledge of online retail best practices, user experience (UX) design, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and operations.
