About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of telecommunications projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Oversee project budgets, tracking expenditures and implementing cost-control measures.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and lead project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and clients to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
- Monitor project progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and report status to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company standards.
- Facilitate project review meetings and post-project evaluations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP/PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the telecommunications sector.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex infrastructure projects, such as fibre optic deployments, network upgrades, or system integrations.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial management and budget control for projects.
