About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and organized Telecoms Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key infrastructure projects in Glasgow and across Scotland. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage telecoms projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement mitigation plans proactively.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and report on financial performance.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular project updates and managing expectations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management , ideally within the telecoms industry or a related infrastructure sector.
- Demonstrable success in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
