Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, utilizing remote collaboration tools.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Proactively manage the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues.
- Coordinate the efforts of internal resources and third-party contractors or consultants.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Liaise with business stakeholders to understand requirements and manage expectations.
- Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Project Manager in a remote-first or distributed team setting.
- Demonstrable experience leading projects in operations, logistics, or e-commerce is highly desirable.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or other project management software.
