About the Role

Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK , is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead critical business systems integration projects. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of business systems integration projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in consultation with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
- Oversee the integration of diverse software applications and platforms, ensuring data integrity and process consistency.
- Identify and address potential conflicts or dependencies between integrated systems.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide comprehensive reports to senior management.
- Manage third-party vendor relationships and ensure deliverables meet contractual obligations.
- Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing large-scale business systems integration projects.
- Strong knowledge of various integration methodologies and technologies (e.g., APIs, ETL, middleware).
- Proficiency in project management software and techniques (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing project budgets and resources effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) are highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience with a focus on system integrations.
