Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital solutions projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication strategies.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful integration of third-party solutions.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

Requirements
- Proven experience in managing complex IT projects, particularly digital solutions and software development.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with managing project budgets and resources.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and relationships.
- Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are highly valued.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive IT project management experience.
