About the Role
Our client, a fast-paced tech-forward organization, is looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join their fully remote team. This position, based remotely with a focus on projects impacting our **Derby, Derbyshire, UK** operations, will be instrumental in driving strategic operational improvements and leading key initiatives across the business. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of strategic projects in a fully remote setting.

Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Demonstrated experience working in a remote or hybrid environment and managing distributed teams.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Asana, Trello, Jira).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; PMP or Agile certification is a strong advantage.
