About the Role
Our client, a leader in environmental sustainability solutions, is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join their entirely remote team. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of sustainability-focused projects, from concept to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Coordinate and manage project teams comprised of internal experts and external partners in a remote setting.
- Ensure projects align with environmental goals, regulatory requirements, and company strategy.
- Monitor project progress, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on outcomes.
- Proactively identify and address project challenges and risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among remote team members and stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a clear focus on sustainability, environmental, or corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Strong knowledge of sustainability principles, environmental regulations, and green technologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, essential for remote collaboration.
- Proficiency with remote project management and collaboration software (e.g., Asana, Miro, Slack, Microsoft Teams).
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
