About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to spearhead crucial infrastructure development projects in Belfast . This role is essential for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of significant building and development initiatives. You will work closely with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of infrastructure development projects, from conception through to final handover.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate and oversee the work of contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on all project sites.

Requirements
