About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive E-commerce Project Manager to oversee key projects within their online retail operations in Norwich . This role is essential for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of e-commerce initiatives, from website enhancements to new feature rollouts. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve project goals. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of e-commerce projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to scope.
- Develop detailed project plans, defining project scope, goals, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including development, marketing, design, and operations teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies, proactively resolving issues as they arise.
- Manage project budgets and track expenditures against planned costs.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained and delivered according to project requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a strong background in e-commerce or digital product development.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a complex environment.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
