About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience (7+ years) as a Project Manager , with a strong focus on operational improvements and efficiency gains.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
