About the Role
Our client is seeking a forward-thinking Digital Project Manager to join their team in Norwich, Norfolk . This role is vital for driving the execution of digital projects, including website development, mobile applications, and digital marketing campaigns, from concept to launch. You will collaborate closely with design, development, marketing, and content teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of digital projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams (designers, developers, marketers) and external agencies to ensure project success.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management for digital initiatives.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, user experience best practices, and strategic business goals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, manage scope changes, and resolve issues effectively.
- Communicate project progress, key milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Digital Project Manager or in a similar digital role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex digital projects (websites, apps, campaigns).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development processes, and UX/UI principles.
- Proficiency with project management software and digital collaboration tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a hybrid environment is desirable.
