About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Renewable Energy Project Manager to join their forward-thinking team, working entirely remotely with a focus on projects across the UK, including those near Cardiff . This role is crucial for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of diverse renewable energy projects, from inception through to commissioning. You will manage all aspects of project lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of renewable energy projects , including solar, wind, and battery storage.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate and manage project teams, contractors, and stakeholders remotely.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential issues.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile).
- Experience managing budgets and schedules for large-scale projects.
- Excellent remote communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects concurrently.
