About the Role
Our client is seeking a results-oriented Operations Project Manager to join their team in Portsmouth . Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on operations or process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to identify and solve operational challenges.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly with operational teams.
- Experience in managing change within an organisational context.
