About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and organised Architectural Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of exciting projects in and around Norwich, Norfolk . This role requires a blend of architectural knowledge and project management expertise to ensure successful project delivery, from inception through to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating project teams, managing timelines, budgets, and client relationships, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of design and construction. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of architectural projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and lead project teams, including architects, technologists, and external consultants.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and managing expectations.
- Oversee the preparation and review of architectural drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant UK planning regulations, building codes, and health & safety standards.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective solutions to ensure smooth progress.
Requirements
- A professional qualification in Architecture or a related field (e.g., RIBA, APM).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the architectural or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of architectural design processes and technical detailing.
- Proficiency with project management software and Revit is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
