About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled and organized Architectural Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of diverse projects within their practice in Norwich . You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from initial client engagement and scope definition through to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a blend of architectural understanding and strong project management acumen, contributing to the development of the city and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of architectural projects, including planning, execution, and closing.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines, and track progress against these benchmarks.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Oversee design development, ensuring adherence to client requirements, design quality, and UK building regulations.
- Mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Conduct site visits and project meetings to monitor progress and maintain quality control.
Requirements
- Qualified Architect or an individual with significant project management experience in an architectural context.
- A minimum of 6 years' experience in managing architectural projects.
- Proficiency in project management software and standard architectural design tools (e.g., Revit , AutoCAD).
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contract administration, and financial management.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
