About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic and adaptable Senior Project Manager to lead key initiatives in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, UK . Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans , including scope, schedules, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Manage and guide cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and efficient workflow within a hybrid setup.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective resolution strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management , with a proven history of successful project delivery.
- Experience managing projects within a hybrid work environment , coordinating both remote and in-office team members.
- Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to adapt as needed.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
