About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, for key strategic initiatives in a remote context .
- Develop detailed project plans , defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Effectively manage and motivate remote project teams , fostering a collaborative and high-performing virtual work environment.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing and implementing robust contingency plans.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is essential.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management , with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
- Significant experience managing projects and leading teams in a fully remote work environment , utilizing advanced collaboration tools.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to apply them appropriately.
