About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Pharmaceutical Project Manager to lead key development and operational projects from their offices in Norwich . This role is critical for ensuring that pharmaceutical projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, managing cross-functional teams, and communicating project status to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor pharmaceutical projects from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Manage cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure project compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and company SOPs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or business field; Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from concept to completion.
- Strong understanding of the drug development lifecycle .
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
