Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
- Lead and motivate project teams , fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, developing contingency plans.
- Communicate project status, key milestones, and challenges effectively to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management , with a demonstrable history of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
- Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing on-site and remote collaboration.
