About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for Aberdeen -based projects.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing timely solutions to keep projects on track.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular progress reports and ensuring alignment with project goals and business requirements.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and implement process improvements for future projects.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success as a Project Manager , with at least 5 years of experience managing complex projects.
- Strong understanding of project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
- Experience in the energy sector or a related industry is a plus.
