About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and organized Blockchain Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of their ambitious projects within the Crypto & Blockchain sector. This hybrid role, based out of our Cambridge office, requires a blend of technical understanding and exceptional leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and management.
Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and best practices in project management.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a strong focus on software development or technology projects.
Demonstrable experience or strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, coordinating both in-office and remote team members.
