About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and effective coordination across different functions and locations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status updates.
- Ensure all projects are completed in compliance with aviation regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager , with a significant background in the aviation or aerospace industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
- A relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
