Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects in an Agile environment.
- Coordinate tasks, timelines, and resources for globally distributed teams, ensuring effective collaboration.
- Manage project scope, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management , ideally within the software or tech industry.
- Proven experience managing projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills, with a proven ability to work autonomously.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Experience working in a fully remote setting is highly preferred.
