Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of innovation projects, from ideation and feasibility studies to implementation and launch.
- Develop strategic project plans, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and risk-taking among project teams.
- Identify and manage potential risks and challenges inherent in innovative projects, developing proactive solutions.
- Engage and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and research institutions.
- Track project progress, measure success, and communicate key findings and outcomes to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management , with a demonstrated focus on innovation or R&D projects.
- Strong understanding of innovation frameworks and methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage complex, ambiguous, and often cross-disciplinary projects.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
