Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within the aerospace and defence domain.
- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring adherence to stringent quality and safety standards.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as necessary.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, certifications, and client-specific requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management , with a significant portion within the aerospace or defence industry .
- Demonstrated success in managing projects with significant technical complexity and high-value budgets.
- Strong understanding of defence contracting, regulatory frameworks, and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
