About the Role
Our client is looking for a dedicated Senior Project Manager with expertise in change management to lead significant organisational shifts in Nottingham . This role is vital for guiding the company through periods of transformation, ensuring that new processes, systems, and organisational structures are implemented smoothly and effectively. You will work closely with various departments, HR, and senior leadership to manage the people side of change, fostering buy-in and minimising resistance. This is a hybrid role, requiring strategic planning and execution from both the office and a remote setting to achieve successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of change management initiatives to support strategic business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive change management strategies, including communication plans, stakeholder analysis, and training programs.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets associated with change initiatives .
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders, gather feedback, and build consensus.
- Assess the impact of change on employees and the organisation, developing mitigation strategies for resistance.
- Monitor the progress of change implementation and measure the effectiveness of interventions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management , with a strong specialization in change management or organisational development.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex change projects in diverse organisational settings.
- In-depth knowledge of change management models and methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process).
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills, adaptable to a hybrid work environment .
- Experience in developing and delivering training and communication materials.
- A relevant degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or a related field; change management certifications are highly valued.
