About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Remote Senior Project Manager to lead critical SaaS product development initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SaaS product development projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, QA testers, and designers, in a fully remote setting.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, deliverables, milestones, resource requirements, and budgets.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies, implementing effective contingency plans.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication among team members and stakeholders, providing regular status updates and reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and team collaboration for remote teams .
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Project Management , with a significant focus on SaaS product development.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern technology stacks.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills tailored for a remote work environment .
- Experience managing project budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PMP or Agile certification is highly desirable.
