About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, strategic IT projects across the organization.
- Develop and implement robust project plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Manage project budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder relationships at an executive level.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the selection and implementation of new technologies and systems.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in IT Project Management , with a proven track record of leading large-scale, complex projects.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure , software development, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
- Expertise in multiple project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing substantial project budgets.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a must.
