About the Role
Our client is seeking a results-oriented Senior Project Manager to join their team in Leeds, West Yorkshire, UK . Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of assigned projects, from initial concept and planning through to execution, monitoring, and successful closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource needs, and budget allocations.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key performance indicators effectively to all stakeholders, including senior management.
- Ensure all project documentation is meticulously maintained and adheres to company standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management , with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Demonstrated expertise in various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, Waterfall).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in utilizing project management software and tools for planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; PMP or equivalent certification is highly advantageous.
- Experience working in a hybrid capacity, effectively balancing on-site collaboration in Leeds with remote work flexibility.
