About the Role

You will manage project scope, resources, timelines, and stakeholder communication, working across various departments including engineering, operations, and procurement. Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.

- Oversee risk management activities, identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and lead project teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

- Ensure all projects comply with aviation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the aviation industry or a related complex technical field.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
