Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple high-profile projects simultaneously.
- Develop and implement project management frameworks and standards for the organization.
- Manage and mentor a team of project managers, fostering their professional growth and performance.
- Oversee risk management strategies and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
- Communicate project status, key decisions, and outcomes to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management office (PMO).
Requirements
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in leading and delivering complex projects, with a significant portion in a remote leadership capacity .
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop project management talent.
- Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and the ability to tailor approaches.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
