About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Project Manager to spearhead key projects within their operations in Birmingham . Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple strategic projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to project managers and project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement standardized project management processes and best practices across the organization.

Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior management capacity.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex projects within a corporate setting.
- Expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, with the ability to tailor approaches as needed.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
