About the Role
Our client is looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation and enhancement of crucial business systems from their esteemed Oxford location. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle management of business systems projects, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and post-live support.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessment.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including business analysts, technical specialists, and departmental stakeholders.
- Oversee the configuration, integration, testing, and deployment of new business systems and upgrades.
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management, providing regular project updates and managing expectations.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for system optimisation.
Requirements
- Significant experience (6+ years) as a Project Manager , with a strong focus on implementing and managing business systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex enterprise system projects.
- Deep understanding of business processes across different functional areas.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience working in a hybrid model, coordinating on-site and remote project activities.
