About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Architectural Project Manager to oversee a range of exciting new developments in Coventry . You will be the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, liaising between design teams, contractors, and clients to facilitate seamless project execution. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of architectural projects, ensuring all milestones are met according to the project plan.
- Develop detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget forecasts.
- Coordinate and lead regular project meetings with design teams, contractors, and clients.
- Oversee the procurement process, including tender evaluations and contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations, planning permissions, and health and safety protocols in the UK .
Requirements
- Professional qualification in Architecture , Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in project management within the architectural or construction industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with a strong focus on budget and schedule adherence.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and architectural design tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A thorough understanding of the UK construction market and regulatory landscape.
