About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead significant business change initiatives within their organisation based in Reading . This role is crucial for driving strategic transformations that enhance operational efficiency and support long-term growth. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of change projects, from initial conception and planning through to implementation and embedding of new processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to navigate complex organisational dynamics to achieve successful change outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of business change projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables in alignment with strategic business goals.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Engage with and manage key stakeholders across various departments to ensure buy-in and support for change initiatives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues associated with change implementation.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular reports to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Substantial experience as a Project Manager , with a proven track record in delivering business change programmes.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools for planning and tracking.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Experience working within regulated industries is a plus.
