About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly skilled Remote Project Manager with extensive experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive their innovative projects. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach multiple Agile/Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and resources in an iterative and adaptive manner.
- Identify and remove impediments for the development teams to ensure smooth progress.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to refine the product backlog and prioritize work effectively.
- Track and report on team velocity, project progress, and key Agile metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master, managing software development projects.
- Deep understanding and practical application of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks .
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills for remote environments.
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification is highly desirable.
