About the Role
Our client is seeking an innovative and organized Project Manager to lead Research & Development projects in Cambridge . Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of R&D projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, milestones, resource requirements, and budgets.
- Facilitate collaboration among R&D teams, cross-functional departments, and external partners.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Track project progress, analyze performance data, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline; PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management , with a significant focus on R&D or product development projects.
- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the R&D lifecycle and innovation processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with experience in Cambridge .
