Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex R&D projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, technical requirements, and key milestones in collaboration with researchers and scientists.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including budgets, resource allocation, and timelines.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative R&D environment, motivating project teams.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and technical challenges.
- Communicate project progress, findings, and strategic implications to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager , specifically within Research & Development environments.
- Strong understanding of R&D processes , scientific methodologies, and technology development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing complex technical projects and budgets.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A Master's or PhD in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline is highly desirable.
