About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Remote Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives within their dynamic organization. This role is designed for an individual who excels in a fully remote environment, capable of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams without physical proximity. You will be responsible for driving projects from inception through to successful completion, ensuring they align with overarching business goals and stakeholder expectations, contributing to key developments from your home office near Reading .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of multiple projects in a remote-first environment.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk assessment, and budget management.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among geographically dispersed team members.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement timely corrective actions.

Requirements
- Significant experience (8+ years) in project management , with a proven ability to manage projects remotely.

- Proficiency with collaboration software and remote project management platforms.
