About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join their established team in Coventry . This role involves overseeing a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will be a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, driving project success through effective planning, execution, and communication. This hybrid position offers a blend of focused work at home and collaborative sessions in the office, providing flexibility while maintaining strong team cohesion. You will play a vital role in achieving strategic business objectives through diligent project oversight and execution within the West Midlands region.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Develop project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, identifying and resolving issues and conflicts.
- Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Project Manager for at least 3-5 years.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Hybrid work experience with the ability to balance remote and in-office contributions effectively.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Experience in the Coventry area or with local businesses is a plus.
