About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end management of complex software development projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers and technical leads, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Implement and refine project management best practices and processes to enhance delivery efficiency.
- Report on project status, risks, and issues to senior management and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management , with at least 5 years focused on software development.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale software projects from initiation to deployment.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
