About the Role

This role is critical for managing the entire lifecycle of property development, from site acquisition and planning to construction and handover. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of commercial real estate development projects.
- Oversee feasibility studies, site selection, and acquisition processes.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and legal teams.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all planning permissions, building regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Monitor construction progress and quality, resolving any issues that arise.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the commercial real estate or property development sector.
- Strong understanding of the property development lifecycle, market trends, and financial analysis.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation and planning policies.
- A degree in Real Estate, Business, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
